You retain ownership of the original Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant ProShotsAI a license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works (Generated Images) from your Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You own the Generated Images created from your Content, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan. ProShotsAI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Generated Images for personal and commercial purposes as outlined in your subscription plan.

ProShotsAI may use anonymized data derived from your use of the Service to improve our AI models and Service functionality.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
• Create, upload, or share Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate others or provide inaccurate information
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
