2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all features included in your subscription plan until the end of the current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current billing period ends.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our service despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts by our team.
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were inadvertently charged multiple times for the same subscription.
- New Subscribers: If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not generated more than 5 AI headshots.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window for new subscribers.
- Subscriptions where a significant portion of the included services has been used (e.g., if you've generated more than 5 AI headshots).
- Subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts or special offers.
- Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order numbers or transaction IDs

When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Subscription Changes and Upgrades
If you upgrade your subscription to a higher tier, the remaining value of your current subscription will be prorated and applied to the cost of the new subscription.
If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the price difference.
8. Promotional Trials and Free Subscriptions
Free trials or promotional subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you signed up for a free trial that converted to a paid subscription, you may be eligible for a refund of the paid portion if you meet our refund criteria.
