Thank you for choosing ProShotsAI. Our service is based on one-time purchases — there are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated. Because AI model training begins promptly after payment and consumes computing resources, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
2. One-Time Purchases
When you purchase a ProShotsAI package, you receive credits to generate AI headshots from your uploaded photos. The AI training process begins shortly after your photos are uploaded and approved.
Because significant compute resources are consumed during training, we are generally unable to issue refunds once training has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Pre-training cancellation — If you request a refund before your AI model training has started, we will issue a full refund.
- Technical failure — If our service fails to generate any images due to a technical error on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charge — If you were charged more than once for the same order.
- New customers, 30-day window — If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than 5 generated images.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
- More than 5 generated images have been downloaded
- The purchase was made with a promotional discount or special offer
- Dissatisfaction due to photo quality issues caused by poor input photos (blurry, low-resolution, heavily filtered)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of purchase
- Reason for your refund request
- Order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations arise. If your case falls outside the standard criteria above, please reach out and we will review it individually. We are committed to being fair and finding a reasonable resolution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
